- 2nd Experience and top notch. Dr. Luna and staff treat me excellent.Came with some allergic reactions, and felt irregular heart beat they check it with an EKG, lab work, and I was in and out in less than 2 hours.

First experience for me, and it went excellent!!

-Symptoms:I came in Sunday around 1030 AM, and I had 4 people before me. I felt bad and sick and needed help with my sinus?, pressure in my head, short breath, cough, allergies, and lack of sleep the last few days. I had been battling with this for 2 weeks, and today was the worst day.

- Check-in and copay:I recommend you check in online?. Check the website. It saves you time and paperwork! I learned my lesson, but still, they checked me in ✅ Copay with insurance was $50, much better than ER, quicker and, caring service.

-Experience, Staff, and timing:All staff were super friendly and compassionate, and they did their best to get me in and out. Dr De Los Santos?⚕️ listened and asked me questions; he was kind, and the nurses were too. They discarded the flu COVID-19. I might have a virus due to the season and allergies to high cedar. He prescribed my medicines, and I was out in 1 hour and 45 minutes. That was good timing.

Results: I'm already feeling much better!!? I will keep you handy if there is a need.

Wonderful staff. Dr. Salvato was very attentive and kind, receptionist Maria was so pleasant while helping us as a walk in and new patient. Gabriella supervisor was understanding with the amount of pain I was in and was gentle. Also I did not get her name but even the assistant that took my vitals was relatable. Now I wish my primary care Physician office was like this. Good job guys.

Ruby, Jorge and Ale were so nice. I had a problem checking in and they made sure I got checked in properly. Then my credit card was not working, and I can't tell you how patient and understanding they were while I tried to sort out the problem. My wait time was not long at all. In fact, people were being called pretty quickly.
Everyone was caring and listened to my symptoms. Dr. Salvato has a very gentle soul and really listens to you. She gave me options on the treatment options and went through each one in perfect detail. Instead of some dr's that say you can't do anything but tough it out. Dr. Salvato gave me the Phillips with Benadryl and gargle. What a relief!
The nurses were very gentle while doing g the Covid and flu tests. I am thankful they did not shove the stick up there like some places do!
I like this Texas Med Clinic because of the staff and the cleanliness

Great customer service. Dr Luna is a great doctor. I was not feeling my best but. Gave me what I needed and I'm on my way to recovery from. His MA was very nice and caring as well. I would recommend Dr. Luna and this location to friends and family and if need be would be back.

The front desk Mrs Mariah is always so nice and friendly when I come. Dr. Luna always makes his way around patients fast very nice and professional makes sure you leave feeling better. The staff at Texas MedClinic Urgent Care is very professional and compassionate. The facility is well kept and clean. I have been treated by a remarkable Dr. (Dr.Savato) who has been truly concerned about my treatment and in my medical progress. I even receive calls from the staff a day later to f/u or check on how I am feeling, which is very impressive. They are a great medical team and my experience has been great. Very satisfied.

It was such a great experience! They took me in so quickly and I saw a doctor in a matter of minutes. Dr Salvato was so kind and comforting. She diagnosed me quickly and provided treatment swiftly. She explained what I needed to do aftercare and assured me I could call if I needed more information. The entire staff was kind and great. So glad I went in.
