Literally could not say better things about Studio med. The Olivia and my doctor went far above and beyond to make sure I was getting the adequate treatment and took care of scheduling an MRI and a next day appointment with a headache specialist (unheard of). Seriously can't say enough good things. They were so responsive and always got back to me in less than 30 minutes. Incredible!

My family and I have been using Studio Med for about a year now not only for covid testing but also IV's. We always feel great after receiving at home IV drips. Its truly a luxury to have a team of people who work nonstop to serve their patients needs. Konrad and Olivia are the sweetest and utmost professional people to work with. Anyone should be lucky to have them in their home during these unprecedented times. Highly recommend.

Well I woke up this morning feeling so much better after seeing the amazing staff at Studio-med! Unfortunately, the norovirus can take a lot out of you, making you feel lethargic and very dehydrated. I gave Olivia and Konrad a call and explained my situation and once again they were at my apartment in no time with warm smiles and genuine concern. They hooked me up to a mixture of vitamins and other hydrating fluids and within no time I felt so much better. I truly respect Olivia and Konrad for their kind, gentle and compassionate nature... not to mention extremely professional while still being fun and great conversation. Highly recommended for many reasons! Oh and PS they even detached and warmed up the bag of fluid so it wasn’t cold going through my veins because I can be a baby about needles and all that stuff ..who does that Only the very best! Thank you guys so much

I love Studio Med for all things concierge medicine. I've been using them for immune support IVs, which have really helped me survive this fall with everyone around me getting sick. They are so sweet and professional - I am a functional medicine practitioner and recommend them to my patients for urgent care and IV needs.

l can’t really express in words how absolutely wonderful Dr. Abdo-Yobo and his beautiful team of staff truly are! Talk about creme de la creme service. I came down with an awful thing called norovirus and I was soooo sick I couldn’t even leave my house. The lovely and amazing staff showed up to my house so quickly and they were so kind and compassionate. The next day I was still not feeling well so They insisted on meeting me at NYU in order to ensure the very best service and treatment. Honestly, you would think I was a close friend or family member by the way I was treated. I wish I could rate them 10 stars!

Although my appointment was moved due to a random water pipe burst, they could not have been nicer about it! Office is conveniently located in midtown east, and the owner and staff were super pleasant to work with. They explained everything clearly and were quite efficient. Will return for sure!

Probably not a good idea to use this company for any kind of professional, high stakes testing. We had a very expensive service set up with them in advance and they cancelled on us the day before testing was confirmed to take place. This nearly destroyed our production as it was required that we get our folks tested before the shoot day - they said that they would follow up with a back up option for us but never did. Luckily, we were able to find an entirely different company to help us accomplish the project. Otherwise, it would have been a disaster.

Completely unreliable. Booked in home concierge covid test appts 2 weeks ago so we could feel safe going to my sisters for Christmas... I was supposed to get a confirmed appt time the day before but no one reached out... I called and texted the day before to confirm and no one would answer. Today they won’t answer and just didn’t show up for our appointments. So terrible to do this to customers!
